About Supermetrics Hub

The Supermetrics Hub is a place where you can manage your data sources, accounts, data integrations, and more.

• You can connect to new data sources, start new trials, and explore all features.

• Use the Data explorer to take a quick look at your data, and visualize the data using Dashboards.

• To dig deeper into your data, you can create data blends and custom fields on the Hub and use them in your reporting.

• And of course, the Hub is the place to manage your teams and subscription details.

When you log in to the Supermetrics Hub for the first time, you need to register your account using this link.

Navigation on the Hub

In the left-side menu, you can access the following subpages:

• Home: Your home page on the Supermetrics Hub.

• Connect

  • Data sources: Connect to data sources and manage your data source connections.

  • Custom data import: About Supermetrics Customer Data Import.

• Manage

  • Custom fields: Create custom fields.

  • Data blending: Blend data from different data sources.

  • Data warehousing: Connect to data warehouse destinations.

  • Table manager: Transfer data to data warehouse destinations.

  • Data transfers: Monitor your transfers.

  • API queries: Use the Query Manager with Supermetrics API to build queries in various formats.

• Analyze

  • Data explorer: Analyze your marketing data directly on the Supermetrics Hub.

  • Dashboards: Visualize and understand your marketing insights.

  • Insights agent: Ask questions from your AI-powered data assistant! Generate visualizations, insights, and summaries for your data.

  • Destinations: Go to your reporting tools - Google sheets, Looker Studio, Excel, and Power BI.

From the top bar, you can access the following menus:

• Your team name: Click the team name to switch between teams

  • Links to our support center and status page

  • Links to useful resources to manage your account

  • View and submit support tickets

• Your avatar:

  • Manage your team: Add and remove your Supermetrics team members and update their team roles.

  • Usage: View your data source usage.

  • View your subscriptions: Manage your Supermetrics subscriptions and assign users to them.

  • Billing details: View and update your billing information.

  • Log out: Log out of the Supermetrics Hub.
