Things to consider
Post and Tag performance reports
All metrics in the Post performance and Tag performance reports are lifetime values, and the default date fields are intended only for Posts publishing.
Engagement on social media platforms
For the Profile performance report, the engagement field is calculated differently across different social networks:
Facebook engagements: Reactions + Comments + Shares + Post link clicks + Post clicks (Other)
Instagram engagements: Likes + Comments + Shares + Saves (Instagram) + Story replies (Instagram)
LinkedIn engagements: Reactions + Comments + Shares + Post clicks (All)
YouTube engagements: Reactions + Comments + Shares + Other post clicks (+ Subscribers gained through videos (this metric we don’t support currently in the connector))
TikTok engagements: Likes (TikTok) + Comments + Shares
