Accounts in CallRail
In the CallRail connector, each <account type> is considered a separate account within the connection.
Your Supermetrics subscription determines the number of data source accounts you can use simultaneously.
Things to consider
Accessing data of sub-accounts
CallRail users can have access to multiple accounts, and one account can have multiple sub-accounts. When selecting accounts in Supermetrics, users can only see their accounts and not their sub-accounts. In order to fetch data per sub-account, create a filter using the Company name or Company ID dimensions.
