  • 150 requests per hour

In the Branch connector, each Account is considered a separate account within the connection.

Your Supermetrics subscription determines the number of data source accounts you can use simultaneously.

Things to consider

Rate limiting

Branch’s Query API has very low rate limits by default. To increase your limits, you can contact your Branch account manager. The default rate limits are listed in the request limits section of this page.

  • Maximum number of results per day: 1000

  • Maximum number of rows returned from API: 50,000

  • Maximum retrievable unique values for a single dimension (campaigns, ad names, for example): 40,000

  • Maximum export window: rolling 2-year window

Branch dashboard

The Branch dashboard UI has 2 checkbox options for filtering data: Organic and Unique. Alongside these options, the Branch dashboard has its own algorithm to filter data that users don’t have control over. This can cause discrepancies when comparing data from the native user interface on Branch with data from the Supermetrics data source connector.
