This guide will walk you through how to reauthenticate the user account linked to a data source with data warehouse or cloud storage platforms, BigQuery (marketplace), or the Supermetrics API.
Instructions
All destinations: Reconnect the login
Go to the Data sources page on the Supermetrics Hub with the account you use for Supermetrics. If you're asked to select a team, select the team with the products and subscriptions you want to renew the login for.
Navigate to the data source with the connection you want to renew.
Click the data source to view its details.
Find the connection you want to renew.
Click the reconnect icon (
) at the end of the row.
Reauthenticate the connection in data warehouse, BigQuery (marketplace), or the Supermetrics API
Data warehouse and cloud storage
Go to the Data sources page on the Supermetrics Hub with the account you use for Supermetrics. If you're asked to select a team, select the team with the products and subscriptions you want to renew the login for.
Navigate to the data source with the connection you want to renew.
Click the data source to view its details.
Find the connection you want to renew.
Click the reconnect icon (
) at the end of the row.
BigQuery (marketplace)
Select the transfer you want to reauthenticate from the BigQuery data transfers page.
Click Edit on the top right-hand side.
Scroll down the page and click Change configuration.
Click Add another user.
The Supermetrics API
On the Supermetrics Hub, go to API queries under Manage.
Find the data source you'd like to reauthenticate. Click the chevron icon
.
Select the account you'd like to reauthenticate.
Click the X icon.
Click Disconnect.
Troubleshooting
If you get stuck in an authentication loop, log out from the data source platform completely to clear any bad sessions and cookies. Then, you can start the authentication process again.
