This article explains how to cancel a Supermetrics subscription. How you cancel depends on where you bought your subscription: online on the Supermetrics Hub, or through our sales team.
If you’re on a free trial, you don’t need to cancel. Your trial ends automatically after 14 days, and we won’t charge you.
Before you cancel
Your agreement may include a minimum notice period to cancel a subscription. Check your agreement before you cancel.
When you cancel a subscription you bought online, we stop all future payments. We don’t refund the remaining days of your current subscription period.

Cancel subscription bought online
If you have the Owner, Admin, or Finance role in Supermetrics, you can cancel your subscription on the Supermetrics Hub.
Go to the Subscriptions page on the Supermetrics Hub. Check from the top bar that you're in the right team.
Find the subscription you'd like to cancel and click the subscription.
Scroll down to the very bottom of the page.
Click Cancel subscription.
Cancel subscriptions bought with our sales team
If you have a separate signed agreement with Supermetrics, you'll have to cancel the subscription according to the agreement. Contact our support team if you have any questions.
