If your Supermetrics subscription is paid using a credit card, you can swap the data sources and destinations included in your subscription. Supermetrics allows you to switch one data source or one destination every 30 days.
To enable swapping data sources and destinations, you'll need to upgrade your subscription to our latest package. The upgrade ensures compatibility and access to all of our latest features.
Note
Note that when you swap a data source or destination to another one, you'll lose access to the data source you're swapping from and your queries will stop working.
For example:
If you've been using TikTok Ads, but want to swap that data source to Instagram Insights, your TikTok Ads queries will stop working when you swap.
If you swap Google Sheets to Claude, the queries and scheduled refreshes you’ve set up in Google Sheets will stop working when you swap. The data in the destination stays there but you won’t be able to refresh it.
Instructions
Swap data sources
Go to the Subscriptions page on the Supermetrics Hub. Check from the top bar that you're in the right team.
Select a subscription you want to modify.
Scroll down to Data sources and accounts.
Click Swap data sources.
Select the data source that you want to swap.
Select your new data source and click Next.
Read the terms and check the checkbox to confirm that you agree to the terms, and click Confirm swap.
Contact our support team if you're unable to swap data sources.
Swap destinations
Go to the Subscriptions page on the Supermetrics Hub. Check from the top bar that you're in the right team.
Select a subscription you want to modify.
Next to the destinations included in your subscription, click Swap destination.
Select the destination you want to swap away from.
Select the new destination and click Next.
Read the terms and check the checkbox to confirm that you agree to the terms, and click Confirm swap.
