Request limits and recommended refresh rate

Request limit: For shared URLs, 10 GET requests per URL, per app, per hour.

Historical range

With the Facebook Public Data data source connector, the data is available for approximately 600 ranked, published posts per year. This is due to the page feed limitation from the data source API

Accounts in Facebook Public Data

The Facebook Public Data data source connector supports fetching data from an unlimited number of accounts.

Things to consider

Post comment count

The data source API only returns top-level comments, not sub-level comments. What is reported in the data source UI is a total of all comments, and may not match if the post includes many sub-level comments.

Time Zone

By default, queries are run in Helsinki time. You will need to set the time zone of your query to match the time zone of the account you are fetching data from in Google Sheets or Excel. Looker Studio does not support manual time zone settings.
