You can connect to data sources from the [Data sources page on the Supermetrics Hub](https://hub.supermetrics.com/token-management). On the Hub, you can also [share an authentication link](https://docs.supermetrics.com/v1/docs/how-to-connect-to-data-sources-from-supermetrics-hub#share-authentication-link) to connect to a data source you don't have direct access to. After you connect to the data source on the Hub, you can use the data source connection in [all available destinations](/docs/wix-commerce-connection-guide#connection-instructions). ## Required permissions You need an **API key** and your **Account ID** in order to connect to Wix Commerce. You can manage your API key and account ID in your [Wix dashboard](https://manage.wix.com/account/api-keys). ## How to create an API key 1. Log in to your [Wix dashboard](https://manage.wix.com/). 2. Open the [API keys management page](https://manage.wix.com/account/api-keys). 3. In the top-right corner, click **Generate API Key**. 4. Enter a name for your API key, for example “Supermetrics”. 5. Add the following API permissions: a. Basic Permissions - Get Sites List b. All Site Permissions - Wix eCommerce 6. Click **Generate Key**. 7. Click **Send Code** to send a 6-digit verification code to the email address linked to your account. 8. Get your verification code from your email. 9. Enter the code in the Verify your account pop-up. 10. Click **Verify and Generate Key**. ## How to find your Account ID 1. Log in to your [Wix dashboard](https://manage.wix.com/). 2. Open the [API keys management page](https://manage.wix.com/account/api-keys). 3. The **Account ID** is visible on the right-hand side. ## Query types If prompted, you need to select a query type to pull data. - Orders ## Connection instructions When connecting to Wix Commerce, you need to provide your API key and Account ID. 1. Select the Wix Commerce data source [on the Supermetrics Hub](https://hub.supermetrics.com/token-management) or in the data destination. 2. Insert your API key, account ID and give a name for your connection to distinguish it later. 3. If prompted, choose to make this connection [shared or private](https://docs.supermetrics.com/docs/about-shared-and-private-connections). 4. Click **Start**. 5. In your data destination, select the data to be fetched based on the created or updated date.
