# Supermetrics API query history endpoint retirement - October 23, 2026

We're retiring the `GET /query/history` endpoint in the Supermetrics API on October 23, 2026. This endpoint returns execution history for queries, mainly used through the `/enterprise` API prefix. If you don't use this endpoint, you don't need to do anything.

## Why we're retiring this endpoint

We built the query history endpoint on our older way of running queries. We don't use that approach for most queries anymore, and we haven't built an equivalent for today's HTTP-based queries. Because of this, we can't keep the endpoint running.

## How we're phasing it out

In the weeks before October 23, 2026, we'll gradually reduce the number of requests the endpoint accepts to give your integration an early signal. During this time, you may occasionally get a `410 Gone` response instead of your usual result. From October 23, 2026 onwards, every request to the endpoint returns `404 Not Found`.

## What you need to do

If your integration calls the query history endpoint, switch to one of these usage endpoints before October 23, 2026:
