Updates on the Mailchimp data source, including new metrics, dimensions, and other features.

- Campaign folder name
- Campaign folder ID

## March 2020

These fields have been marked as deprecated, please remove or replace them with the new versions:

- Existing members
- Opt-in members
- Imported members

These fields have been added to replace the ones removed above:

- Subscribed members
- Unsubscribed members
- Reconfirmed members
- Cleaned members
- Pending members
- Deleted members
- Transaction subscribers
