# Mailchimp: Permissions troubleshooting guide

Due to the way Mailchimp's API and our connector are built, it’s not currently possible to log in to Mailchimp in Supermetrics with multiple accounts.

If you've authenticated with Mailchimp login credentials that have access to multiple Mailchimp accounts, future refreshes may show mixed-up data from any of the accounts that you have access to.

There is a workaround for this limitation.

## Instructions

To fix this, please assign **unique email addresses**to each business account. This means you should log in with a different email address for each business account. To add a new user, follow these steps:

### Google Sheets and Excel

1. [Connect to Mailchimp from the Supermetrics sidebar in Google Sheets or Excel](/v1/docs/mailchimp-connection-guide).
2. Under Data source, click the **chevron** next to the data source's name.
3. Click **Add connection**.

### Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio)

[](/v1/docs/)[Follow these instructions to add a new user](/v1/docs/how-to-add-new-connections-and-data-source-accounts-to-looker-studio).

### Power BI

1. Go to the [Power BI query list](https://hub.supermetrics.com/power-bi/query-list) on the Supermetrics Hub.
2. Select a Mailchimp query.
3. In the sidebar, click **New connection**.

### The Supermetrics API

1. On the [Supermetrics Hub](https://hub.supermetrics.com/), go to **API queries** under **Manage**.
2. Select the Mailchimp data source.
3. Click **Add new connection**.
