Mailchimp: Permissions troubleshooting guide

Prev Next

To keep your Mailchimp data from different accounts separate in your reports, connect each Mailchimp account with its own login.

If you've authenticated with Mailchimp login credentials that have access to multiple Mailchimp accounts, future data refreshes in Supermetrics may show mixed-up data from any of the accounts that you have access to. Resolve account issues by setting up a separate connection for each account.

The best practice is to assign unique email addresses to each business account. This means you should log in with a different email address for each business account. To add a new connection to your data destination, follow these steps in this guide.
