# Integral Ad Science connection guide

This guide contains all permissions and requirements for connecting your Integral Ad Science data to Supermetrics.

You can connect to data sources from the [Data sources page on the Supermetrics Hub](https://hub.supermetrics.com/token-management). On the Hub, you can also [share an authentication link](/v1/docs/how-to-connect-to-data-sources-from-supermetrics-hub#share-authentication-link) to connect to a data source you don't have direct access to.

After you connect to the data source on the Hub, you can use the data source connection in [all available destinations](/v1/docs/integral-ad-science-connection-guide#connection-instructions).

## Required permissions

To connect Supermetrics to your Integral Ad Science account, you need the username and password of your Integral Ad Science account.

## Query types

If prompted, you need to select a query type to pull data.

- **Performance**: Report performance of your ad campaigns on campaign, advertiser, team, placement, device or app level.

## Connection instructions

When connecting to Integral Ad Science, you need to enter your IAS username and password and select the ias team to use when prompted.

1. Select the Integral Ad Science data source [on the Supermetrics Hub](https://hub.supermetrics.com/token-management) or in the data destination.
2. Enter your Integral Ad Science username and password.
3. If prompted, choose to make this connection [shared or private](/v1/docs/about-shared-and-private-connections).
4. Click **Start**.
5. In your data destination, select an IAS team to use in your report and a query type, if prompted.
