The tag stats give you an at-a-glance view of how your tags are performing across your site. Use this view to check that your tags are loading and running as expected, and to catch problems early, such as a drop in tag requests or a spike in errors.
The Tag stats page in Data Activation has several views:
Tag delivery network: The number of times your tags were requested each day. A sudden rise or drop is worth a look: a drop can mean your tags aren't loading, so you're missing data.
Tag errors: One chart of how many tag errors happened and what share of that day's tag runs resulted in an error. A table of the tags that experience errors most often over 7, 30, or 90 days, showing the number of errors and the percentage of that tag's runs that failed. Select a tag to investigate it.
New path count: A chart of how many new paths the base script has found. Because tags work by path rather than by URL, this shows how many new page structures have been picked up.
Counters: Search for a counter, and the dashboard shows a chart of that counter's calls over time.
You can also set up an email to be sent to you when tag errors occur.
Instructions

To look into a specific tag, select it in the table to see more detail.
Set up error email alerts
In Data Activation, go to Admin settings, and select the Tag error reporting tab.
Turn on the Enabled checkbox so that alerts are sent.
