# How to refresh your account data

If you’ve recently made changes to your Supermetrics queries for a particular data source — like adding new accounts, custom metrics, or new segments, for example — but they’re not showing in your reporting, you should refresh your account data.

## Instructions

1. Go to the [Subscriptions page on the Supermetrics Hub](https://hub.supermetrics.com/subscriptions).
2. Click on the subscription you'd like to look into.
3. Scroll down to **Data sources & accounts**.
4. On the right side, click **Refresh account list**.If you see a **Manage** button instead of **Refresh account list**, click **Manage** first and then **Refresh** from the view that opens.
5. Finally, reauthenticate the data source to re-establish its connection to Supermetrics.

### Refresh cache in Data Studio

In Data Studio, data might be loaded from the cache for better performance if you have many accounts.

> [!NOTE]
> Note
>
> Note that the ability to refresh the cache depends on the data source behavior — not all data sources cache account data.

To refresh the cache:

1. Click the **Edit icon** (![A pencil icon representing editing functionality in a digital interface.](https://cdn.document360.io/a13cead5-eaae-456f-9bd1-0941d590c0e3/Images/Documentation/ls-edit-icon.png)) next to your data source (or click **Resource** → **Manage added data sources** and click **Edit** there).
2. Click **Edit connection**.
3. Scroll down, and click the link following the "The account list was last fetched..." text.

> [!NOTE]
> Note that this depends on the data source behavior. If the data source doesn’t store account data in the cache, this text and link is not available.
4. Refresh the connector configuration page in Data Studio.
