# How to manage shared connections in Data Studio

With shared connections, you and your team members can use the same connection to pull data from a data source. [Learn more about shared and private connections](/v1/docs/about-shared-and-private-connections).

Follow these instructions to manage your shared and private connections in Data Studio.

You can also [manage shared connections on the Supermetrics Hub](/v1/docs/how-to-view-and-manage-access-to-private-and-shared-connections).

## Instructions

1. Click the **Edit** icon next to your data source (or click **Resource → Managed added data sources** and click **Edit** there).
2. Click **Edit connection**.
3. In the data source settings, click the link after **View & manage your connections**.
4. If you belong to multiple teams, you'll be asked to select one. Choose the team you'd like to manage.
5. Select a connection to make private or share with your team.
6. Click **Complete and continue**.
7. Click **Done**.
