# How to fix the 'Setup not found' error in BigQuery

If you encounter the “Setup not found” error when connecting Supermetrics to BigQuery, there are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.

## Solutions

### Reauthenticate BigQuery

As a first step, [reauthenticate BigQuery in your destination](/v1/docs/how-to-reauthenticate-a-data-source-connection-in-data-warehouse-destinations-or-the-supermetrics-api).

### Try Incognito mode

If the error persists after you’ve reauthenticated, try the process again from another browser, or from the same brower in Incognito mode.

### Clear your cache and cookies

Depending on the browser you use with Supermetrics, follow the instructions to clear the cache and cookies:
