# How to fix the 'Confirm logout: Cannot execute query' error

On the [Supermetrics Hub data sources view](https://hub.supermetrics.com/token-management), you might encounter the following error when attempting to log out of a data source: `Confirm logout: Cannot execute query`

This error is caused by an attempt to log out a token that is still in use in an active data transfer. The system halts the logout to prevent a login's accidental deletion, which would cause the associated active transfer to fail.

## Instructions

To log out a token, you first need to delete any associated transfers.

****Data warehouse and cloud storage****

If you're planning on creating the transfer again, be sure to make a note of its settings (name, destination dataset, and so on) before deleting it, so you can easily create a new identical transfer.

1. On the [Supermetrics Hub](https://hub.supermetrics.com/), go to **Data transfers** under **Manage**.
2. For the transfer that is associated with the token and data source, click the 3-dot icon and select**Delete transfer**.

****BigQuery (marketplace)****

If you're planning on creating the transfer again, be sure to make a note of its settings (name, destination dataset, and so on) before deleting it, so you can easily create a new identical transfer.

1. Log in to the [Google Cloud Platform](https://console.cloud.google.com/).
2. Navigate to **BigQuery** →**Data transfers**.
3. Find and click on the transfer that is associated with the token and data source.
4. On the transfer details page, click **Delete**in the top right corner.

Once you have deleted the associated transfer, go to the [Data source page](https://hub.supermetrics.com/token-management) on the Hub (select **Data sources** in the sidebar). You should now be able to log out from the data source.

If you want to reconfigure the transfer, see our guides for [creatinga transfer to BigQuery (marketplace)](/v1/docs/how-to-create-a-bigquery-marketplace-transfer) or other [data warehouse and cloud storage](/v1/docs/how-to-create-a-transfer) destinations.

## Troubleshooting

If the error persists despite deleting the transfers associated with the token and data source, [contact our support team](https://hub.supermetrics.com/support) for further assistance.
