# How to fix “No accounts found” errors

If something’s gone wrong with your subscription management or data source connection, you might encounter one of these error messages:

- `No accounts found`
- `The service is not enabled for this user`

Follow the steps below if you see these errors.

## Instructions

1. [Verify that you're assigned to the subscription](/v1/docs/how-to-verify-you-have-a-valid-paid-subscription).
2. Check you meet the [data source access requirements](/v1/docs/about-data-source-permissions-and-access-requirements).
3. Reauthenticate your connection.
  - [Reauthenticate a data source connection in Data Studio, Google Sheets, or Excel](/v1/docs/how-to-reauthenticate-a-data-source-connection-in-google-sheets-looker-studio-excel-power-bi-and-supermetrics-hub)
  - [Reauthenticate a data source connection in data warehouse, API, or cloud storage platform](/v1/docs/how-to-reauthenticate-a-data-source-connection-in-data-warehouse-destinations-or-the-supermetrics-api)
4. [Force a refresh for account data](/v1/docs/how-to-refresh-your-account-data).

If you use Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio) and the issue persists, [log out all users and remove data source(s)](/v1/docs/how-to-remove-data-source-accounts-and-data-source-connections-in-data-studio).

Additionally, if you encounter an error that reads `No accounts selected`, view the [reauthentication instructions for your data destination](/v1/docs/how-to-reauthenticate-a-data-source-connection-in-google-sheets-looker-studio-excel-power-bi-and-supermetrics-hub) and follow the steps under the "Troubleshooting" section to solve the problem.
