# How to fix missing Facebook Pages and Facebook Ads accounts

If you have access to a Facebook Page, but it isn't appearing in the account drop-down in Supermetrics, follow these steps to solve the issue.

## Before you begin

Check your account permissions. Please check that your user role level meets the data source’s access requirements. [Learn about access requirements](/v1/docs/about-data-source-permissions-and-access-requirements).

## Instructions

****Reconnect and refresh your accounts****

As a first step, reauthenticate the connection between Supermetrics and Facebook. We recommend reauthentication in an incognito window.

- [How to reauthenticate a data source in Google Sheets, Data Studio, Excel, or Power BI](https://docs.supermetrics.com/docs/how-to-reauthenticate-a-data-source-connection-in-google-sheets-looker-studio-excel-power-bi-and-supermetrics-hub)
- [How to reauthenticate a data source in data warehouse, API, or cloud storage platform](https://docs.supermetrics.com/docs/how-to-reauthenticate-a-data-source-connection-in-data-warehouse-destinations-or-the-supermetrics-api)

If the Pages don't appear in Supermetrics once you've reconnected, [refresh your accounts](/v1/docs/how-to-refresh-your-account-data) on the Supermetrics Hub. This can help to surface any missing accounts.

****Reset your business integration****

If your account or Page still isn't appearing after you've checked your permissions and refreshed, take these steps:

1. [Log in to Facebook](https://www.facebook.com) with the account you want to pull data from.
2. In a new tab, [log in to Facebook’s business integrations manager.](https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools)
3. In the "Active"****section, find the business integrations for the connector you're having an issue with. It'll be called "Supermetrics" for Facebook Ads and Facebook Insights, or "Supermetrics Business Manager" for Facebook Business Manager.
4. Click the checkbox to the far right of its name.
5. Click **Remove**.
6. Log out of Facebook.
7. Reauthenticate your connection.

****Clear your browser's cache and cookies****

Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can help to remove logins and credentials that might cause errors.

Depending on the browser you use with Supermetrics, follow the instructions to clear the cache and cookies:

- [Apple Safari](https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/safari/sfri11471/26.0/mac/26)
- [Google Chrome](https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2392709)
- [Mozilla Firefox](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-cookies-and-site-data-firefox?redirectslug=delete-cookies-remove-info-websites-stored&redirectlocale=en-US)
- [Microsoft Edge](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/view-and-delete-browser-history-in-microsoft-edge-00cf7943-a9e1-975a-a33d-ac10ce454ca4)

In Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio), data might be loaded from the cache for better performance if you have many accounts. To refresh the cache:

1. Click the **Edit icon** (![A pencil icon representing editing functionality in a digital interface.](https://cdn.document360.io/a13cead5-eaae-456f-9bd1-0941d590c0e3/Images/Documentation/ls-edit-icon.png)) next to your data source (or click **Resource** → **Manage added data sources** and click **Edit** there).
2. Click **Edit connection**.
3. Scroll down, and click the link following the "The account list was last fetched..." text.
4. Refresh the connector configuration page in Data Studio.
