By default, X Ads (Twitter) query results only include native Twitter data. This can result in a discrepancy between the values you see on X (Twitter) and the values you see in your Supermetrics reporting.
To solve this, enable a Supermetrics setting that will include Twitter Audience Network data in your results.
Instructions
Google Sheets
Open the Supermetrics sidebar.
Select an X Ads query and click the pencil icon to edit it.
Go to Options.
Check the box next to Include Twitter Audience Network.
Excel
Open the Supermetrics sidebar.
Select an X Ads query and click Modify.
Go to Options.
Check the box next to Include Twitter Audience Network.
Looker Studio
Click any report element to open Supermetrics.
Click the Edit icon next to the data source’s name to open its configuration.
Click Edit connection in the top-left corner.
Scroll down to Include Twitter Audience Network and check the box.
Power BI
On the Supermetrics Hub, go to Power BI under Analyze.
Select an existing X Ads query to modify.
Select the connection to use.
Go to Options.
Check the box next to Include Twitter Audience Network.
Click Preview to test the query.
Click Save to add the query to a query group.
The Supermetrics API
On the Supermetrics Hub, go to API queries under Manage.
Select the X Ads data source and the query to modify.
In the sidebar, go to Options.
Check the box next to Include Twitter Audience Network.
Click Run to run the query.
Data warehouse
When setting up your data transfer, navigate to Transfer settings and select Include Twitter Audience Network.
