# How to cancel a Supermetrics subscription

The best way to cancel a Supermetrics subscription depends on the payment method that was used to buy the subscription.

## Subscriptions bought online

1. Go to the [Subscriptions page](https://hub.supermetrics.com/subscriptions) on the Supermetrics Hub. Check from the top bar that you're in the right team.
2. Find the subscription you'd like to view and click the subscription.
3. Scroll down to the very bottom of the page.
4. Click **Cancel subscription**.

> [!WARNING]
> Note that while you can cancel future payments anytime, Supermetrics won't refund the remaining days of your existing subscription should you choose to cancel the subscription. Your agreement may include a minimum notice period to cancel a license, please check your agreement before cancelling a license.

## Subscriptions bought with our sales team

If you have a separate signed agreement with Supermetrics, you'll have to cancel the subscription according to the agreement. [Contact our support team](https://hub.supermetrics.com/support) if you have any questions.
