# How to blend data from multiple accounts in Data Studio

In Data Studio (formerly Looker Studio), you can use the native data blending functionality with Supermetrics data sources to combine data from multiple data source accounts.

> [!NOTE]
> Note
>
> Because data blending is a native feature in Data Studio, Supermetrics can't help with troubleshooting if there are issues.
>
> Supermetrics also offers [Data blending as part of the Marketing Intelligence Platform](/v1/docs/data-blending).

In this example, we're looking to combine data from the "ABC" and "DEF" data source accounts in TikTok using the TikTok Organic data source connector.

## Instructions

### Step 1: Create data sources for accounts

1. In Data Studio, create a data source for each account you want to connect. This means adding the same data source to Data Studio multiple times and selecting a different data source account for each.
2. After you've created the data sources, rename them to tell them apart. For example, the *TikTok Organic - ABC* data source uses data from the ABC account, and the *TikTok Organic - DEF* data source uses data from the DEF account. To change the name of the data source, click the pencil icon to edit the data source, click the data source name, and type in a new name. ![Overview of TikTok Organic profile with comments and data metrics displayed.](https://cdn.document360.io/a13cead5-eaae-456f-9bd1-0941d590c0e3/Images/Documentation/data-studio-create-data-source-for-account.png)
3. If your data source uses query types, we recommend that you include the query type name in the data source name, such as *TikTok Organic - ABC - Profile overview* to easily tell which data source is which. If you need to use multiple query types with the same data source, you need to create multiple data sources to pull data. See our support article about [working with query types in Data Studio](/v1/docs/about-query-types-in-data-studio).

### Step 2: Create blend

Below is an example of how to create a data blend in Data Studio.

1. Go to **Resource** → **Manage blends** or click the data source name in the sidebar.
2. Click **Add a blend**.
3. Select the data sources you just created.
4. Name your tables in a way that makes it easy to find the tables in the blend details.
5. Select the dimensions and metrics to include in the blend. ![Comparison of TikTok profile overviews for accounts ABC and DEF, highlighting metrics and dimensions.](https://cdn.document360.io/a13cead5-eaae-456f-9bd1-0941d590c0e3/Images/Documentation/data-studio-blend-two-data-sources.png)
6. Click **Configure join** between the tables. For the join operator, select one that suits your use case. See [Google's instructions about how blends and join operators work](https://support.google.com/looker-studio/answer/9061420?hl=en&ref_topic=9061419&sjid=2574221761565880443-EU).
7. In the **Data source name**, give your blend a name. If you want to hide the blend details, check the **Hide repeated join fields** checkbox. ![Overview of TikTok profile metrics including likes, usernames, and date filters.](https://cdn.document360.io/a13cead5-eaae-456f-9bd1-0941d590c0e3/Images/Documentation/data-studio-review-blend-save.png)
8. Click **Save**, and close the Blend data pane. Your blend is added to the list of data sources.
