# How to add Supermetrics as a trusted app in Google admin console

Google has made changes in the availability of its access credentials for some organizations, making the access credentials available only for 16 hours before they expire. [Learn more in Google Cloud's blog](https://cloud.google.com/blog/products/identity-security/improve-security-posture-with-time-bound-session-length).

This change affects the ability of our BigQuery data source connector to run scheduled refreshes in Google Sheets. If your access credentials are available for only 16 hours at a time, you can add Supermetrics as a trusted app in the Google admin console to let the add-on run your query refreshes as scheduled.

## Instructions

1. Open [Google admin console](https://admin.google.com).
2. In the left-side menu, go to **Security → Access and data control → Google Cloud session control**.
3. Under **Reauthentication policy**, select the **Exempt trusted apps** checkbox, and click the **Apps Access Control** link below it. The link opens to a new browser tab.
4. Find the Supermetrics app with the ID `377904780319.apps.googleusercontent.com`. Make sure you select the app with this particular ID as there may be a similar ID on in the list.
5. Click **Change access**.
6. Select the organization or its units, and click **Next**.
7. Select the Trusted option, and click **Next**.
8. Click **Change access**.
9. Close the Apps Access Control tab and go back to the Google Cloud session control tab.
10. Click **Save** to save the changes.
