# Good to know about Pinterest Ads

This article outlines recommendations and notes certain limitations imposed by the data source API, which you may need to consider when building your queries.

## Request limits and recommended refresh rate

**Recommended refresh window**: Set to the maximum of your attribution windows on the platform.

## Historical range

With the Pinterest Ads data source connector, UI reporting only allows up to the past 25 months of data, in some cases can be up to a year before the current date. API allows 30 months of data for non-hourly breakdowns.

## Accounts in Pinterest Ads

In the Pinterest Ads connector, each Ad account is considered a separate account within the connection.

Your Supermetrics subscription determines the number of [data source accounts](/v1/docs/about-data-source-accounts) you can use simultaneously.

Reach and Frequency metrics are available only on a daily granularity.
