# Good to know about LINE Ads

This article outlines recommendations and notes certain limitations imposed by the data source API, which you may need to consider when building your queries.

## Request limits and recommended refresh rate

**Request limit**: 2 requests per second

**Recommended refresh window**: 2-3 days

## Historical range

Starting October 29, 2025, for all LINE Ads reports, data older than five years from the report inquiry date will no longer be available.

## Accounts in LINE Ads

In the LINE Ads connector, each Ad account is considered a separate account within the connection.

Your Supermetrics subscription determines the number of [data source accounts](https://docs.supermetrics.com/docs/about-data-source-accounts) you can use simultaneously.

## Things to consider

### Time zone

The only supported time zone is Asia/Bangkok. The LINE Ads API doesn't have support for any other time zones, and it can't be changed in the native reporting UI either.
