If you are connecting to this data source, please follow the instructions in our [connection guide](/v1/docs/google-my-business-connection-guide), and the available fields for this connector are listed in the [metrics and dimensions documentation](/v1/docs/google-my-business-fields). ## Request limits and recommended refresh rate **Request limit**: Rate limits may differ depending on which part of the API data is requested from: - Google My Business API: - 1200 Insights requests per minute - 3000 v4 General requests per minute - My Business Business Information API: - 50,000 updates per day - 1,000 creates per day - 2,000 GoogleLocation calls per day - 1,000 requests per minute per project - My Business Account Management API: - 300 requests per minute **Recommended refresh window**: 2-3 days ## Historical range There are no known limitations to the historical range of data you can pull with the Google My Business data source connector. ## Accounts in Google My Business In the Google My Business connector, each Location is considered a separate account within the connection. Your Supermetrics subscription determines the number of [data source accounts](https://docs.supermetrics.com/docs/about-data-source-accounts) you can use simultaneously. ## Things to consider ### Time zone Time zones may affect your query results; for example, if the location is in Europe/Helsinki and your destination uses UTC as a default time zone, there may be discrepancies in your results. If available, adjust the time zone in your data destination to match the time zone of the location from which you’re fetching data to resolve discrepancies. ### Average review star rating This metric is date range sensitive and will return no results if there are no reviews within the selected timeframe of your query. ### Search breakdown per keyword You can get the Search terms breakdown by selecting the `Monthly search impressions` metric together with the `Search term` dimension. Note that this only returns monthly data and can’t be broken down by date. Due to delays on the data source API, the data is usually available after the month's end, so querying for the current month will likely return no data. There is a limit of views per keyword below which the number of searches will be hidden by Google, presumably for privacy reasons. Note that this limit depends on the Geo. For example, in Finland it’s 15, but in the US it’s 50. The UI shows “< 15” in this case. Supermetrics shows 0 as “< 15”, so changing the type to a string won’t be summable. It’s good to note that the total number of searches in the UI does not count the searches below 15. ## More resources - [Google My Business connection guide](/v1/docs/google-my-business-connection-guide) - [Google My Business report building guide](/v1/docs/google-my-business-report-building-guide) - [Google My Business metrics and dimensions](/v1/docs/google-my-business-fields)
