# Good to know about Google Display & Video 360

This article outlines recommendations and notes certain limitations imposed by the data source API, which you may need to consider when building your queries.

If you are connecting to this data source, please follow the instructions in our [connection guide](/v1/docs/google-display-video-360-connection-guide), and the available fields for this connector are listed in the [metrics and dimensions documentation](/v1/docs/google-display-video-360-fields).

## Request limits and recommended refresh rate

**Request limit**: [2000 requests per day](https://developers.google.com/bid-manager/quotas). For the DV360 API, refer to [Google’s documentation](https://developers.google.com/display-video/api/limits#request_limits).

## Historical range

With the Google Display & Video 360 data source connector, the data is available for the last 2 years by default. For Floodlight Reports, the last 2 months of data are available.

## Accounts in Google Display & Video 360

In the Google Display & Video 360 connector, each Advertiser is considered a separate account within the connection.

Your Supermetrics subscription determines the number of [data source accounts](https://docs.supermetrics.com/docs/about-data-source-accounts) you can use simultaneously.

## Things to consider

### Reach metrics requirements

There are specific requirements needed to make queries against Reach metrics:

- Queries must include the Country and Advertiser dimensions
- Queries must also include Age and Gender if fetching for Unique Reach Audience.
- Cumulative reach data is available in 93-day blocks. These blocks shouldn’t be added together, please see [Google’s documentation](https://support.google.com/displayvideo/answer/6170584?hl=en) for more details.

### YouTube conversions

Due to an API limitation, if querying for non-conversion metrics with conversion metrics, the results for any YouTube conversions will return as zero. Please see [Google’s documentation](https://support.google.com/displayvideo/answer/6170584?hl=en) for more details

### Slow loading or timeout in Data Studio

During peak times, the data source API can be slow to fetch a report file, as requests are queued. This can exceed the 6-minute run time in Data Studio, resulting in no data being returned. As an alternative, you can consider pulling data into Google Sheets or a Data Warehouse destination and then pushing the data to Data Studio.

### Simultaneous report limit

The limit is 30 simultaneous reports at any one time. If you need to run more than this at a time, please request an increase to your limit directly from [Google](https://support.google.com/displayvideo/contact/nghelp_contact_form).
