# Good to know about CallRail

This article outlines recommendations and notes certain limitations imposed by the data source API, which you may need to consider when building your queries.

With the CallRail data source connector, the data is available for the last 25 months.

## Accounts in CallRail

In the CallRail connector, each Account is considered a separate account within the connection.

Your Supermetrics subscription determines the number of [data source accounts](/v1/docs/about-data-source-accounts) you can use simultaneously.

## Things to consider

### Accessing data of sub-accounts

CallRail users can have access to multiple accounts, and one account can have multiple sub-accounts. When selecting accounts in Supermetrics, users can only see their accounts and not their sub-accounts. To fetch data per sub-account, create a filter using the Company name or Company ID dimensions.
