# Good to know about Apple Search Ads

This article outlines recommendations and notes certain limitations imposed by the data source API, which you may need to consider when building your queries.

If you are connecting to this data source, please follow the instructions in our [connection guide](/v1/docs/apple-search-ads-connection-guide), and the available fields for this connector are listed in the [metrics and dimensions documentation](/v1/docs/apple-search-ads-fields).

## Historical range

- Up to 24 months on a monthly level and overall
- Up to 365 days on a weekly level
- Up to 90 days on a daily level

## Accounts in Apple Search Ads

In the Apple Search Ads connector, each Ad account is considered a separate account within the connection.

Your subscription determines the number of data source accounts you can use simultaneously.

## Things to consider

### Timezone

Apple has a special account timezone setting known as ORTZ. You can use this for your queries by enabling the `Use organization timezone` setting. If this setting isn’t enabled, your queries will use UTC by default.
