# Good to know about ActiveCampaign

This article outlines recommendations and notes certain limitations imposed by the data source API, which you may need to consider when building your queries.

If you are connecting to this data source, please follow the instructions in our [connection guide](/v1/docs/activecampaign-connection-guide), and the available fields for this connector are listed in the [metrics and dimensions documentation](/v1/docs/activecampaign-fields).

## Request limits and recommended refresh rate

**Request limit**: 5 requests per second per account

**Recommended refresh window**: 2-3 days

## Historical range

There are no known limitations to the historical range of data you can pull with the ActiveCampaign data source connector.

## Accounts in ActiveCampaign

The ActiveCampaign data source connector supports fetching data from an unlimited number of accounts.

## Things to consider

### Campaigns report

The campaigns report returns lifetime values for each campaign, which means you can’t group the metrics by specific days. This data is always aggregated by the last send date of the campaigns. For example, it’s not supported to fetch the number of emails sent out on a particular date.
