# Adjust connection guide

This guide contains all permissions and requirements for connecting your Adjust data to Supermetrics.

<meta charset="utf-8">

You can connect to data sources from the [Data sources page on the Supermetrics Hub](https://hub.supermetrics.com/token-management). On the Hub, you can also [share an authentication link](https://docs.supermetrics.com/v1/docs/how-to-connect-to-data-sources-from-supermetrics-hub#share-authentication-link) to connect to a data source you don't have direct access to.

After you connect to the data source on the Hub, you can use the data source connection in [all available destinations](/docs/adjust-connection-guide#connection-instructions).

## Required permissions

To connect Supermetrics to Adjust, you'll need an API token to access your Adjust account. In Supermetrics, each Adjust app is considered an account, and you need to select the right Adjust app to use when querying data.

****Get your API token****

1. Log in to Adjust and open your dashboard.
2. Click the menu in the top left corner to open the sidebar.
3. In the bottom left, click **My profile**.
4. In the right sidebar, click **API token**.
5. Copy the API token, and keep it secure.

## Query types

If prompted, you need to select a query type to pull data.

- Datascape

## Connection instructions

When connecting to Adjust, you need to insert your API token and app key when prompted.

1. Select the Adjust data source on the Supermetrics Hub or in the data destination.
2. Enter your API token.
3. Give your login a name. The name can be anything — its purpose is for you to recognize the login later in case you have multiple logins.
4. If prompted, choose to make this connection [shared or private](https://docs.supermetrics.com/docs/about-shared-and-private-connections).
5. Click **Start**.
6. In your data destination, select the query type to use, if prompted.
