# About the sender IP address for scheduled report emails

The scheduled report email messages for your Supermetrics reports in [Google Sheets](/v1/docs/how-to-create-and-manage-scheduled-refreshes-in-google-sheets) and in [Excel](/v1/docs/how-to-set-up-scheduled-report-triggers-in-excel) are sent from the following IP addresses:

- 159.135.234.213
- 143.55.239.26

If you have problems receiving the scheduled report emails — because of spam filter policies, for instance — please make sure that these IP addresses are allowlisted.
