# About Facebook Ads high API utilization errors

When too many people use Facebook Ads in the same time period, there’s a chance some Supermetrics users with an expired trial subscription will see this error:

- Due to high Facebook Ads API utilization at the moment, only paying users can run queries right now. Please try again later. Sorry.
